Singings bowls and Gong Bath Meditation

I had such am amazing trip to work for a while at a school near Gonder in Ethiopia. We then spent a week seeing the stone churches in Labella, the to Addis Abba and the rift valley; everything totally amazing, but it is great to be back in Kitchener Waterloo area.

To celebrate, I am hosting a very special training workshop.   If you would like to learn something about sound therapy, this is the workshop training for you. We will spend some of the time learning about and playing singing bowls and then Don our host will perform at least one gong bath meditation on us. I had a very wonderful experience the last time I did this and look forward to this one.
